Sebastian heads the German Real Estate Practice. In the past year he and his team have advised on transactions which were signed and closed in a volume in excess of € 1.5 Billion, in a variety of industry sectors, in particular, office, retail (also high street retail), logistics, industrial sites, pension homes, residential and hotels. High profile instructions included the acquisition of the Telekom Center Munich, the acquisition of the Königsbaupassagen in Stuttgart, and the acquisition of several hotels and conference facilities throughout Germany as asset as well as share deals. He advises international banks and investors both from the real estate industry as well as the financial sector. Sebastian has a broad experience in and has successfully negotiated management agreements and long term leases.

Educated at the universities in Tübingen, Geneva and Kiel, he holds an LL.M. degree from Indiana University and a doctorate degree (Dr. iur.) from Regensburg University (German Scholarship Foundation Scholar, Fulbright Scholar).
