He specialises in structuring tax-efficient leveraged buy outs, national and international reorganizations (mergers, demergers, holding structures), corporate real estate investments as well as IPOs and public to private transactions.

Rüdiger regularly represents buyers and sellers in private and public takeovers as well as in auction processes. Before setting up his own firm with Tony Tulloch in 1990, Rüdiger worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen's Frankfurt office.
