Dr. Michael Roos joined SJ Berwin in 2000 and heads the firms corporate department in the Frankfurt office. Michael advises on all corporate law aspects of Private Equity and public and private M&A transactions.

Michael studied in Mainz (graduated 1991), Leicester (Ph.D 1996) and New Orleans (Tulane). Prior to joining SJ Berwin Michael worked for a large international law firm.
