Dr. Ilona Kautz is an associate in the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP. She works in the firm’s M&A and Private Equity Groups and specialises in buy-out transactions and venture capital investments.

Ilona studied law at the universities of Bielefeld, Munich (doctorate in 2006), Nottingham and Paris (Panthéon-Assas, Paris II).

Before joining SJ Berwin in 2007, Ilona worked for HengelerMueller in Munich.
