Dr. Franzke has long standing national and international transaction and restructuring experience.  He specialises in Financial Due Diligence and the financial aspects in the negotiations of SPAs and Finance Agreements. His broad industry knowledge ranges from processing industries and retail businesses to service companies and public infrastructure providers. He advises on highly complex financial projects and takes part in negotiations. In the field of corporate restructuring, Dr. Gunter Franzke is active in moderating and mediating bank pools.

Gunter is qualified as German Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater).
