Dr. Frank Ludwig joined SJ Berwin in 2001 and became a partner in the Frankfurt office in 2004. He advises German and international clients on various types of corporate transactions including private equity and venture capital investments and divestments as well as buy-outs and general M&A transactions. In addition, he specialises in joint venture matters and corporate restructuring.

Frank studied law at the universitites of Würzburg and Munich. He holds a doctorate degree from Würzburg University and an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin, he worked for another law firm in Germany and as a foreign lawyer in the United States.
