Andreas Kirchner is a partner in the Frankfurt office.

He has a special focus on acquisition finance and real estate finance, where he advises both debt providing banks and investors. In relation to acquisition finance, Andreas has specific experience in the field of private equity related LBO transactions, which are often cross-border transactions.

Andreas qualified as lawyer in 2001. Before joining SJ Berwin, Andreas was an assistant in the corporate and banking group of a major international law firm. He became a partner of SJ Berwin in 2008.
