Vincent Lassalle joined SJ Berwin as a partner in May 2008. Vincent specialises in business real estate law. He works for French and international investors.

Vincent is involved in particular in real estate assets acquisition and disposal. He also has a broad experience in structuring real estate investment vehicles (investment funds and joint-ventures). He advises many clients in commercial lease matters.

Vincent started his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1998 and joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2001. He then became a Partner at Reed Smith Rambaud Charot in 2007 to launch their Real Estate practice.Vincent is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, where he obtained a DEA in Business Law in 1996.

Vincent is bilingual in English and French. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998.
