Jérôme Jouhanneaud specializes in M&A, LBO and venture capital transactions. He is involved in many venture capital transactions, LBOs and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies for French and foreign funds investors

Jérôme started his career at Mignard Teitgen (1998-1999) where he acquired experience in business law litigation. He then joined Clifford Chance in 1999 where he specialized in M&A, specifically in LBOs and venture capital within the M&A PE group with Christophe Digoy and Maxence Bloch. He also worked at Clifford Chance Madrid for around 2 years.

Jérôme is a graduate of the Université de la Sorbonne where he obtained a DEA in business law (1996). He also obtained a DEA in Civil Law (1997).
Jérôme joined SJ Berwin in 2003.

Jérôme speaks fluent English and Spanish and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998.

Jérôme Jouhanneaud est spécialisé en opérations de fusions & acquisitions, de LBO et de capital risque. Il participe à de nombreuses opérations de capital risque, LBO et d’acquisitions de sociétés cotées et non cotées, pour des investisseurs français et étrangers.

Jérôme a débuté sa carrière au cabinet Mignard Teitgen (1998-1999) où il a acquis une expérience en contentieux de droit des affaires. Il a rejoint Clifford Chance en 1999 où il s’est spécialisé en fusions-acquisitions et plus particulièrement en transactions LBO et en capital risque au sein de l’équipe Private Equity M&A avec Christophe Digoy et Maxence Bloch. Il a également travaillé chez Clifford Chance à Madrid pendant près de deux ans.

Jérôme est diplômé de l’Université de la Sorbonne où il a obtenu un DEA de droit des affaires (1996). Il est également titulaire d’un DEA de droit civil (1997).
Jérôme a rejoint le cabinet SJ Berwin courant 2003.

Jérôme parle couramment anglais et espagnol. Il est inscrit au Barreau de Paris depuis 1998.
