- At a company level we advise on strategy, mergers and takeovers, energy group restructuring and joint ventures.

At regulatory level, we negotiate with the competent public administrations, as well as with the Market and System Operators, and deliver comprehensive regulatory advice in relation to the functioning of the respective markets and all general and special regime activities in the electricity market. This includes international and intra-regional operations, and the establishment, monitoring and due diligence for electricity industry operators, including those of electricity generation facilities, with a particular focus on special regime wind power, photovoltaic, and solar thermal facilities and those of small-scale hydroelectric schemes.

Our contentious work includes administrative appeals and administrative disputes in relation to all petitions deriving from the application by public authorities of regulatory legislation.
Our clients include some of the most important operators in the Iberian electricity and gas markets, such as EDP-Energías de Portugal, S.A., HIDROCANTÁBRICO, NATURGAS, Nuevas Energías de Occidente, S.L. (NEO), and different special regime electricity production facility operators.
