The SJ Berwin employment team advises its clients in all area of employment law. We work together with employers to develop customised contracts, tactics and methods. We also advise them in managing and avoiding conflicts.
Our clients can expect more than solid legal advice. They can also rely on our practical know-how, our industry expertise and our feel for negotiations, especially in critical negotiations with works councils or unions.
The German team consists of partner Dr. Holger Thomas and two associates, and is integrated into the pan-European employment team, which comprises 16 attorneys, including 4 partners, in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy.
The team advises mainly employers, as well as management board members and managing directors. Our clients include large corporations, small businesses, employers' associations and non-profit organisations. Thanks to our international expertise, we advise numerous international companies and have a wealth of experience in coordinating advice for international corporate transactions, restructuring programs and contracts.
