The group is acting on a number of the country's largest mixed use, residential and infrastructure projects. Major clients include developers such as Quintain and Bee Bee Developments, institutional investors such as Prudential and The Crown Estate and infrastructure operators such as London City Airport, London Luton Airport and PD Ports.

The group's environment work includes advice to major businesses on environmental regulation and their strategic response to new controls, as well as climate change issues such as emissions trading, renewable energy and sustainability requirements.

The Planning & Environment group works closely with the rest of our Real Estate division and the Corporate and Finance departments to provide a comprehensive legal service in connection with all aspects of real estate acquisition, development and investment, as well as finance and corporate transactions. The group also works closely with the EU & Competition department on aspects of European regulation and competition issues and is part of the firm's Energy & Infrastructure group.
