Our international Finance team comprises 13 partners and 50 associates working in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and East Asia.
The Finance practice centres around six main practice areas, namely leveraged & acquisition finance, real estate finance, funds finance, structured finance, derivatives & securitisation and retail & consumer finance. We also work closely with our colleagues in reconstruction & insolvency in relation to restructuring and workouts.
Our practice is known for driving transactions quickly and effectively, and for our close attention to the commercial objectives of our clients.
We regularly make our mark advising UK and international banks and financial institutions in a wide variety of finance transactions which span the UK, Europe, East Asia and beyond. We also advise corporate clients in a number of sectors including real estate, hotels, communications, media & technology as well as private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds and other financial sponsors.
Individual members of our practice are recognised as leaders in the field of banking, derivatives and securitisation.
