Multi-million pound jurisdictional actions arising from termination of joint venture arrangements have been successfully undertaken for some of the leading private equity and hedge funds
  • Advice on corporate governance, internal investigations, regulatory aspects and complex general partner asset ring fencing and insolvency related issues
