The Intellectual Property Department is holding a series of practical and informal trade marks and designs workshops for Rights Owners. These interactive forums aim to give an overview of current trade mark, design and copyright issues through the use of case studies and discussions.

Licensing
We will consider the statutory rules concerning licences and the role and rights of exclusive and nonexclusive licensees. This session will focus on practical drafting implications in IP licenses in particular in relation to the contractual control of IP rights and licensees.
