Stephen is one of the founding partners of SJ Berwin. With nearly 30 years' experience in law, he has undertaken a wide variety of commercial property work for a range of clients including property companies, banks, retailers, hoteliers, overseas clients and public bodies.

Bill Gloyn
Chairman, Commercial Property Group, AON Insurance
Bill has over 35 years' experience in the insurance market and set up the Commercial Property Group at Aon in 1983. He has been the Vice President of Insurance at Olympia & York and remains a consultant to the Canary Wharf Group plc. He is currently Chairman of the BPF Insurance Committee and the BPF representative on the JCT Insurance Committee. He is the author of a book on terrorism insurance and has written the insurance elements of many property and construction publications.
Graham Chase
Chairman, Chase & Partners
Graham is chairman of the RICS Commercial Property Faculty and sits on a number of industry committees including the Property Advisory Group and The Empty Property Review Committee of the ODPM. He also represents the RICS on the Governing Council for the London region, the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum, and the Government's Modernising Stamp Duty Group.
