Bryan Pickup has been a partner at SJ Berwin since 1988. He acts on a wide range of commercial property transactions for investors, tenants and developers and is particularly well respected for leisure property work.

Mark specialises in environmental law including land use planning, compulsory purchase and related areas of public law. He advises a wide variety of commercial clients on the environmental aspects of corporate and property transactions including commercial due diligence and issues of contaminated land in redevelopment projects.
Bill MacDonald
Principal Inspector of Health and Safety,
Health and Safety Executive
Bill has worked for HSE for over 20 years. In that time he has been responsible for inspecting a wide range of industries including, foundries, steel making, construction, major hazard sites and chemical manufacturing. He is currently head of the Unit in HSE responsible for asbestos policy as well as managing a national campaign to dramatically increase awareness of the risk of asbestos in premises and how to manage it.

John's career began at the Department of Environment Property Services Agency. He then spent time at the Tarmac/Carillion Services Group of companies where he progressed to Operations Director for Property Management and Property Legislation and Director of Safety. He has been actively involved in health and safety and asbestos management, advising government departments and property owners on the safe control, encapsulation and removal of asbestos containing materials
