Pat has almost 30 years experience of land use planning and related public law matters both in the private and public sector. During this time she has worked in the public sector as well as in private practice. She is an active member of many industry committees and panels. She was awarded an OBE for services to town and country planning in the New Year Honours 2003.

Simon has a wide planning, compulsory purchase and local government law practice. Simon is acting for developers in respect of a number of town centre and regeneration schemes involving compulsory purchase.
Mark Brumwell
Partner, Planning and Environment Group
Mark specialises in commerical environmental law including land use planning, compulsory purchase and related areas of public law. He regularly acts for public authories in promoting CPOs and is currently involved in several infrastructure projects which require compulsory purchase
