Financial Markets: Outsourcing Best Practice in a MiFID Environment
Tuesday 22nd May 2007
at 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1BE
The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID") is set to bring in major changes across the whole spectrum of regulation of financial markets and services in the UK and continental Europe later this year. This seminar focuses on the impact on outsourcing arrangements as a result of the changes to the FSA's Sourcebook on Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls ("SYSC") as a result of MiFID. The seminar will consider the effect of the changes from the perspective of both the FSA regulated customer and the service provider (including non-regulated service providers).
