The Takeover Code Workshop
Monday 12th June 2006
at 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1BE

SJ Berwin LLP is holding a workship looking at how the take-over rules operate and how they can impact on the timing issues relevant to hedge funds' investment decisions when taking positions.

This will be held from 5.30pm until 7.00pm, followed by drinks & canapés.

The workshop is designed to be interactive, with a relatively small number of delegates and provide an opportunity to open up the topics for discussion.
