Trade Associations Afternoon: EU & Competition Issues
Speakers: Indiana de Seze
Thursday 13th March 2008
at Square de Meeûs 1, 5th floor, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Recent years have seen a significant increase in EU cartel detection, fines, and cases directly or indirectly involving trade associations.
SJ Berwin is offering an afternoon session to managers and directors of trade associations to reflect the boundaries that competition law is imposing on trade associations' daily activities. The session will be advising on how to be compliant whilst responding to members' needs, compiling market analysis and disseminating industry statistics.
