The seminar is being held in association with the Pakistan Britain Trade and Investment Forum (PBTIF). This seminar will explore the opportunities and challenges for private equity and venture capital investment in Pakistan, one of the world's most interesting emerging markets for global private equity players.

PBTIF
The Pakistan Britain Trade and Investment Forum (PBTIF) acts as the primary institution for promoting the development of trade and investment between Pakistan and the UK, and is supported by both respective governments who maintain observer status to the Forum. The PBTIF is entirely financed by the private sector and a secretariat function is provided by Asia House. It is chaired by Sir Thomas Harris, the Vice-Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank.
