SJ Berwin LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP will be hosting a workshop at the Investing In Infrastructure Assets Americas conference being held on 15 - 18 April 2008 in New York.  Our speakers will deliver a pre-conference masterclass on the afternoon of 15th April 2008.

The session is entitled Structuring funds and co-investment transactions: a practical guide to legal, tax and regulatory issues for US and global infrastructure funds. The session will explore effective ways to structure infrastructure funds in order to optimise tax treatment, provide insight into the terms and conditions for infrastructure funds and related co-investment arrangements, and examine the effect of these structures on infrastructure transactions.
