Recent Developments in Corporate Law
Wednesday 30th April 2008
at 10 Queen Street Place, London, EC4R 1BE
We would be delighted if you were able to join us for our regular update on developments in corporate law on Wednesday 30 April 2008.
This session - at which we will review important recent developments in corporate finance law and practice - is aimed principally at in-house lawyers, but anyone who needs to stay up to date with company law is very welcome. The sessions will be modelled on our internal know how meetings, and will therefore be informal and participative.
The session will last around one hour, and there will then be some time available for discussion.
We intend to cover the topics set out below, but would also be interested in hearing from you if there are any topics which you would particularly like us to cover, either at this seminar or at following sessions. Please email Suzanne Evans at suzanne.evans@sjberwin.com with your topics and we will try to cover the most popular ones.
Directors duties - conflicts of interest
Companies Act 2006 - what's coming up in October 2008
Auditor liability limitation agreements
