Background
Businesses and in-house legal counsel face a daily challenge managing confidential and privileged information. This seminar will provide:

  • a refresher on privilege and confidentiality
  • an overview of the competition law overlay and the issues presented.
It will also offer practical tips and insights into dealing with:
  • "leaks" of confidential information
  • managing privilege across borders
  • dealing with the European Commission/other competition authorities
  • risk management
The workshop scenario will explore some of these issues in detail. Members of the SJ Berwin Litigation and EU & Competition teams will be on hand to facilitate workshop discussion and answer questions.
