Outsourcing is a growing global phenomenon. It is increasingly being used by business to reduce overheads and free up resource. We will discuss some of the key issues facing outsourcing customers and provide practical advice to help the smooth running of outsourcing arrangements.

We will take you through some recent ICT cases and illustrate the practical lessons that we can take from them.
