We will answer these questions as well as providing other useful guidance on mediation.

Programme
We have a programme designed to give a three dimensional overview of mediation as it is today.
The programme will start with a brief overview of the Halsey decision following which our guest speaker, Tony Allen, director of the renowned mediation service provider CEDR (The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), will look at the future for mediation.
Finally, David Shapiro, one of the most renowned mediators in the world today, will close with thoughts from his unique perspective on the Halsey decision and how the result might have been clearer.
