In our Spring Series 2001 we covered general issues faced when managing maternity leave. In this seminar, we will address in more detail diverse issues that arise in relation to employees on maternity leave, such as calculation of, and entitlement to discretionary bonuses; requests to return on a part time basis and the treatment of fixed term workers.
