IPOs on AIM: Opportunities for German High Growth Companies
Wednesday 30th November 2005
at Literaturhaus München, 3rd floor, Salvatorplatz 1, 80333 München

Background
AIM is the international market for smaller, growing companies, operated by the London Stock Exchange in London. With over 1,300 companies already quoted, from a range of international business sectors, AIM is already the world's most successful market for high growth companies. A number of European companies are exploring AIM as a market for equity growth capital. In September 2005, SQS Software Quality Systems became the first German company to have its primary listing on AIM. This seminar will examine the IPO opportunities for German companies. Our speakers include a representative from AIM, a UK nominated adviser (NOMAD) and experts from SJ Berwin's London and Frankfurt offices.
