The seminar will cover two major aspects:
The European Commission Green Paper on facilitating private enforcement actions
An overview of the main EU jurisdictions: the signs that parties are bringing private enforcement actions across the EU
The seminar will also include a Q&A session where practical points in bringing an antitrust suit will be discussed.
A keynote speech by Eddy De Smijter followed by comments from SJ Berwin speakers.
