The Walker Review Briefing

Following publication of the Walker Review this week, SJ Berwin is hosting a lunchtime briefing examining the practical implications of the guidelines on transparency and disclosure for the private equity industry set out in Sir David Walker's review.

The new Code will have significant implications for UK private equity houses which own or control "large" portfolio companies. We have prepared a summary of the main provisions which is available by clicking here. At our briefing, we will examine the main points for affected firms.
