SJ Berwin is hosting a workshop at the Investing In Infrastructure Assets Europe conference on 16th - 19th October 2007.  Our speakers will deliver a pre-conference masterclass on the afternoon of 16th October:

The session is entitled Structuring funds and co-investment transactions: a practical guide to legal, tax and regulatory issues and will explore effective ways to structure infrastructure funds in order to optimise tax treatment, provide insight into the terms and conditions for infrastructure funds and related co-investment arrangements, and examine the effect of these structures on infrastructure transactions.
