Programme

The seminar will:

  • highlight the legal, regulatory and structural issues for private equity funds investing in India 

The India Venture Capital Interest Group is a non-profit, private sector initiative that strives to raise awareness about opportunities and challenges related to Venture Capital & Private Equity in India. The Group has more than a dozen members who meet informally several times a year to discuss latest developments and matters of interest. Members are drawn from some of the leading private equity/VC firms in Europe including 3i, Apax Partners, Atlas Venture, Benchmark, GEM Holdings, Intel Capital and others. The core team comprises Martin Bloom (Cambridge Accelerator Partners), Geeta Gupta (Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets), Ajay Vohora (CREATE Partners), Ajay Pathak (SJ Berwin) and is led by Shantanu Bhagwat (Amadeus Capital Partners).
