Secondary Private Equity Fund and Portfolio Sales in Europe
Tuesday 1st November 2005
at 222 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8XF

Background
The market for fund and portfolio acquisitions in Europe is developing rapidly. Adding welcome liquidity to the private equity market, an unprecedented number of funds and other investors are looking for private equity interests to acquire. These transactions - which range from relatively small deals to very large fund acquisitions - are complex, and come in a variety of forms. This seminar will examine the current state of the market, anticipate future developments and give a practical guide to the types of deals being done, and how buyers and sellers can navigate through the issues that each deal will raise.
