Wednesday 7th December 2005
at 222 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8XF

SJ Berwin's Commerce & Technology group has pleasure in inviting you to a breakfast seminar looking at recent developments in the ICT sector.

Background
The last few months have seen some important issues in IT contracts come before the courts. We will explore these cases and explain how to avoid getting into difficulties. We will then focus on the issue of liability in IT related contracts, which is often the most controversial issue for suppliers and customers alike. Finally, we will return to the subject of outsourcing, looking in particular at how to achieve a successful implementation.
