Background
Following publication of the BVCA's Guide to Venture Capital Term Sheets (available on the publications page of their website at www.bvca.co.uk), we are hosting a seminar to look at the BVCA's Guide, current trends in venture deal terms and expected future developments.
 
We are delighted that Anne Glover has agreed to introduce the subject and to give some background to the BVCA's objectives in producing the new Guide.

During 2003, SJ Berwin advised on more venture capital investments than any other law firm in Europe (according to Initiative Europe's database of completed deals). This means we are uniquely placed to identify current trends in deal terms and to anticipate future developments.
