Time to say Goodbye
Thursday 14th October 2004

In recent years, redundancy procedures have become increasingly complex, with different legislation covering individual and collective redundancies, and the advent of the statutory dismissal and disciplinary procedures. The possibility of claims not only for unfair dismissal but for a general failure to consult have put a greater emphasis on getting the procedure right.
