Tuesday 12th October 2004
at 222 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8XF
The Private Equity team at SJ Berwin is holding a Breakfast Seminar, at which we shall review legal, tax and regulatory developments across Europe which will have important implications for your fund structures.
Chair
Jonathan Blake, Head of European Private Equity
Speaker
Uwe Steininger, Partner, Germany
Other representatives from our offices in France, Germany and Spain will participate in the panel discussions.
Background
A number of recent changes to the tax, legal and regulatory environment across Europe have had important implications for the structure of European private equity funds and for the investments which are made by them. At this seminar, our market-leading specialists will look at the practical implications of these changes for those operating or looking to raise European funds. This seminar will be of particular interest to those whose funds include management teams located in Germany: we shall look closely at the implications of recent tax changes for German carried interest holders.
