This Seminar will analyse the new tax changes and explain how the new tax credit will work in practice. We will consider issues such as:
- how much the new tax credit will be worth to producers
- who can use the credit
- whether the credit can be combined with other tax benefits
- transitional provisions
- how the changes will affect UK producers and the UK film industry
