Recent Developments in Corporate Law

This session - at which we shall review developments in the law and practice that we regard as important - are aimed principally at in-house lawyers, but anyone who needs to stay up to date with corporate law is very welcome. The sessions will be modelled on our internal know how meetings, and will therefore be informal and, hopefully, participative.

The session will last around one hour, and there will then be some time available for discussion.

The Law Society and other professional bodies accredit SJ Berwin as a provider of continuing professional development. Attendance at this seminar qualifies as 1 CPD hour, quoting reference 012/SJBE.
