SJ Berwin LLP is delighted to announce that last night it was named "Fund Formation team of the Year" for the second succcessive year at the Financial News Awards for Excellence in Private Equity Advisory Services.

This is the only awards ceremony in Europe exclusively dedicated to celebrating the successes of private equity advisory firms. The winners were decided by a panel of independent adjudicators - including senior private equity practitioners and institutional investors from across Europe.

Winning this award stands testament to SJ Berwin's leading private equity practice after having also recently been named 'Private Equity Law Firm of the Year' by the EVCJ (for the fourth consecutive year) and 'European Law Firm of the Year' by the EVCA (for the third consecutive year).
