SJ Berwin LLP is pleased to announce that Federico Zanardi Landi has joined the firm in the Turin office from Studio Jacobacci.  The arrival of Federico and his colleague Irene Pipitone further expands SJ Berwin’s European Intellectual Property practice.

Federico specialises in brand and design protection, patent enforcement, trade mark, passing off, copyright and designs advice and enforcement, anti-counterfeiting programmes and advice, protection of confidential information and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.  Federico also has broad expertise in the field of interim remedies including interim injunctions, pre-action disclosure and search and seizure orders.

Federico’s hire follows the recruitment in January 2007 of Stefan Kruegar, IP/IT specialist from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, to SJ Berwin’s Frankfurt Office.
