European law firm SJ Berwin LLP’s real estate division has advised Quintain Estate and Developments PLC on the acquisition of the 13 acre Wembley Retail Park for £85 million. The vendor was The Junction Partnership, Capital & Regional’s retail park fund. The retail park is next to Quintain’s existing retail holdings and development sites, extending Quintain's ownership at Wembley to 85 acres and in general considerably expands its investment and development opportunities at Wembley.
Patrick Ryan led the SJ Berwin team, assisted by Helen Murcott. Planning partner, Simon Ricketts advised on the planning and environment aspects of the purchase. Clare Thomas, Property Associate at Nabarro advised The Junction Partnership.
