SJ Berwin Acts for Leeds United plc

SJ Berwin kicked off the new football season by representing Leeds Sporting plc, the parent company of Leeds United football club, in changing its name to Leeds United plc.
The purpose of the change is to focus on the development of the Leeds name as an international football brand.
SJ Berwin's team consisted of partner Adam Plainer and senior assistant Tandeep Minhas.
Jonathan Metliss, head of SJ Berwin's Sports Business Group, said: "We are pleased to be involved in this new stage of development for Leeds, which is a further example of the continuing high level of activity of the Sports Business Group."
