SJ Berwin have acted on behalf of Delancey Estates in the sale of Aridgrove UK Limited whose sole asset is the freehold interest in 9 Marylebone Lane London W1 for over £17,000,000. Nick Minkoff (Property) and David Parkes (Corporate) led the SJ Berwin team.
DLA's Head of Real Estate Philip Rooney assisted by Joanne Robertson (Real Estate) and Liz Lewis (Corporate) acted on behalf of the purchaser, Universities Superannuation Scheme.
The 26,000 square foot property is let to Fitzhardinge Plc whose principal business is Colliers CRE surveyors and property consultants and is used as their national headquarters.
Notes:
- Nick is a Senior Assistant Solicitor in the Property Department having qualified in 1995. He has gained extensive experience in many aspects of commercial property work and has carried out a number of transactions on behalf of Delancey. Nick has particular experience in the acquisition and disposal of investment property, both individually and as a part of a portfolio and general landlord and tenant work with particular emphasis on property within the office, retail and leisure sectors. Nick also has experience in development work, including various prelettings.
