SJ Berwin has acted on behalf of Mapeley in relation to the letting of the 33rd and 34th floors of the Euston Tower, Euston Road, London NW1.
The 14,000 square foot of office space was previously occupied by Mapeley and has been let to Trans4m (a company jointly owned by WS Atkins; Balfour Beatty; EDF Energy; and Thames Water) on a 10 year lease. Mapeley is relocating to the 20th Floor of the building.
Simultaneously, WS Atkins has sublet the 32nd floor to Trans4m. The total space now occupied by Trans4m on the 32nd, 33rd and 34th floors is approximately 25,000 square feet.
Mapeley has now let approximately 135,000 square foot of the Euston Tower and only one floor remains vacant.
Mark Smith, head of acquisitions and disposals at Mapeley commented “we have now let over 135,000 square foot of space at the Euston Tower despite operating in a very depressed market place. We have shown that there is still a market for well located, well appointed space and we look forward to the disposing of the final floor in due course”.
Nick Minkoff acted on behalf of Mapeley; Sean Ryan of Shadbolt & Co acted on behalf of Trans4m and Fiona Thompson of Wragge & Co acted on behalf of WS Atkins.
