The financial investor Granville Baird Capital Partners has issued its eighth generation of private equity funds in Germany. The last closing of subscriptions for international investors was held in May with a fund volume of almost €350 million. This fund is the second largest German Mid-Cap-Buy-Out-Fund.
Even though Granville Baird has previously invested in Germany with earlier private equity funds, this eight generation as the first of the private equity funds issued by Granville Baird has also its domicile in Germany. It is structured as a German GmbH & Co. KG., i.e. a limited partnership.
