SJ Berwin has recently acted on behalf of Brixton in completing two large deals. Firstly, the purchase of the Trafford Park Estate, Manchester, for £101.05m by way of the purchase of a limited partnership from Burford.

This large industrial estate represents a strategic change in direction for Brixton, whose focus has been centred around Heathrow and the M25 region.

Secondly, Jon Vivian and Darren Rogers (Real Estate) with Toby Dean (Corporate) acted on behalf of Brixton in the purchase of a 50% interest in the Premier Greenford Limited Partnership from Pearl Assurance for £6.4m. This transaction enabled Brixton to establish a 100% interest in the Premier Greenford Limited Partnership, whose assets are two large estates at Premier Park, Park Royal and Greenford Park, Greenford. Amanda Howard and Mark Franks of Nabarro Nathanson acted on behalf of Pearl.
