SJ Berwin Acts for BL Gazeley in Delta Park Acquisition

SJ Berwin have acted for BL Gazeley Ltd, the 50/50 joint venture company between Gazeley Properties Limited and The British Land Company PLC in the acquisition of the industrial and distributions development scheme known as Delta Park, Enfield, for £13.5m from Gazeley. It has also acquired the speculative first phase of industrial accommodation at cost.

Delta Park is located within the Brimsdown area of Enfield, the second largest industrial location in London. Ultimately, BL Gazeley will develop over 40,000 square metres at the Park.

The team at SJ Berwin was led by partner Jeff Smith.

CMS Cameron McKenna and Osborne Clarke acted for Gazeley.
