Jon Vivian, Joanne Footitt and Louise Cartwright (Real Estate) and Giles Bavister (Tax) acted on behalf of Brixton plc in their recent acquisition of the Northfields Industrial Estate from Burford for £51.5m.

The property is a 24-acre site and the deal included the acquisition of the freehold reversion of the long leasehold property from British Waterways Board.  The acquisition is very much in line with Brixton's strategy and will complement their existing property holdings in Park Royal.
